Returns And Exchanges

Returns
All quality or packaging error claims must be submitted in writing to Tigerlily Creations LLC within 14 days of the invoice date. If a return of merchandise is requested, we will issue a pre-paid shipping label to have merchandise returned to the Fort Myers warehouse location. Tigerlily Creations will process claims upon receipt of the completed claim/receipt of merchandise. Merchandise may not be returned without prior authorization. We reserve the right to refuse any unauthorized return. All products must be returned in saleable condition and in original packaging and free of store marks and labels; otherwise an additional re-stocking fee will be imposed.

Consumer Returns & Exchanges
All Tigerlily Creations products purchased from a Tigerlily retailer must be returned or exchanged to the location of purchase in accordance with their policy. Tigerlily will review the claim submitted by that retailer for defective or broken product for credit or replacement. Stores must fill out a Tigerlily Creations LLC claim form and email to sales@tigerlilysandals.com. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for claim processing.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Tigerlily Creations LLC will gladly accept returns and exchanges with the exception of personal beauty products, and lashes (these items are not eligible for return or exchange).
  • All returns must be UNWORN and in their original packaging.
  • If your product is defective and was purchased at Tigerlilysandals.com, we allow 60 days from date of purchase to return the product for an exchange or credit. If your product is defective and was purchased in a store, please return your item to the store in which you purchased it for a replacement or refund.
Unfortunately, purchases made in a store cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason via Tigerlilysandals.com. Any merchandise purchased from a store does not qualify for a warranty through Tigerlilysandals.com, and must be returned or exchanged according to that store's policy. Any returns of in store purchases sent to Tigerlilysandals.com will not be processed for a credit. Please contact the store in which you purchased your product directly for more information.

Online Return Instructions
  1. Complete the Returns & Exchanges Form & email:
    Sales@tigerlilysandals.com
  2. Repack Merchandise
    Package the items to be returned or exchanged in its original container, if available. Enclose the completed Returns & Exchanges Form and a copy of your original Tigerlilysandals.com receipt or packing slip
  3. Rules & Restrictions for Returns
  • Customer is responsible for cost of shipping, unless otherwise noted.
  • All returns must be accompanied by a Returns & Exchanges Form and a copy of receipt or packing slip.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Items must be returned in new, unused condition and in original packaging.
  • We are not responsible for any damage or loss of product in transit back to us.
  • In the event an item is damaged during shipment, please contact the carrier with your tracking number.
  • Original form of payment will be credited for your refund.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with these policies.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the event an item is defective upon receipt or has a manufacturing defect, please fill out a Returns & Exchanges Form with Defective noted on the form. Items will be inspected and a determination made as to the cause of the defect.
